Applying in the yahoo career portal is the worst crap they don't even review the application but they call them self as hiring.

  But... why are you going through the career portal anyhow...? You've got someone (reid) here who's currently on the team, and me, who's leaving the team and creating the opening. We're giving you email addresses and offering to send your resume directly to the hiring manager. It seems like you just want to complain. For the record, yes, Yahoo recruiters do review the applications submitted to the career portal, as well as resumes posted just about anywhere else. Maybe you're just bitter because you weren't hired?
