It's poor customer service, but according to https://github.com/musalbas/heartbleed-masstest/tree/master/scans https://github.com/musalbas/heartbleed-masstest/tree/master/..., they were not vulnerable when the first mass scans were done. That's not definitive, but it's at least somewhat reassuring.
