Do your phonecalls and SMS'es work outside the US?
- agmiklas 17y agoWe support two-way (i.e. we send you a message on an alarm, and you send back a message telling us to suppress, resolve, or escalate the incident) SMSing to most of the world. Unfortunately, we can only do phone calls to the US and Canada right now. We're looking at adding international phone calls in the near future, though.
- alexsolo 17y agoSMS works internationally. Phone calls only work for US/Canada currently. We plan to expand that internationally as well.
