It's not enough reason to drop dropbox. I'd need a more serious reason, like if the service deleted all my data. BTW, I recommend Keepass in combination with dropbox for a good reliable password manager. The file is encrypted before sent to dropbox, so Rice won't be able to snoop in your passwords.... Or will she? ;-)
