I have a kind of fractal approach to this which is more viable for my use-case (self-employed, long-haul projects): Don't work half of the day. Don't work a day in a week. Don't work a week in a month. Don't work a month in a year. I've tried what's described in the blog, but it was too fickle and not enabler of bigger things.
