- mkr-hn 13y agoProp 8 succeeded. The court overturned it years later.
- akitaro 13y agoWhich means it did jack shit. Also, it was found unconstitutional in 2010. Only "years later" by the fact that it was more than a single year. Hardly a significant stretch of time.
