These kinds of airbnb-based eviction articles make me laugh. The overwhelming media narrative here is "all evictions are bad, look at this rich uncaring landlord forcing this poor hardworking american into homelessness". But the other narrative is "tech companies are evil". So what happens when an evil tech company (or, by extension, someone using one like AirBnB) gets evicted? Are we supposed to hate the landlord for evicting, or love the landlord for fighting the man. The articles I read on these subjects always feel schizophrenic
