I actually launched a webapp for this just a couple of weeks back: Netbiljett at http://netbiljett.se http://netbiljett.se . The user can create searches that Netbiljett keeps an eye out for, and sends them an email the moment an event shows up. (I also show all currently available events matching the search term, but the heart of Netbiljett is helping people not missing out on what they are interested in.)
To get what you asked for, try searching for "live konsert stockholm", which translates to "live concert stockholm". If you add "fredag" (Friday) you'll only get events occuring on a Friday.
I should mention Netbiljett is only meant for the Swedish market, so I never posted about it on HN. Was that a bad move? (Also, "Netbiljett" translates to a rhyming "Onlineticket" in Swedish.)
I'd love feedback.
