- aw3c2 13y agoNo, there is a difference between accessing things and publishing things with malicious intent.
- mukyu 13y agoMost people would not call only releasing the data to a journalist "publishing", and much less "with malicious intent". weev didn't put his dump up on the pirate bay, he sent it to Gawker.
