It's unlikely that they'll announce a new iPhone at WWDC, since (as others have pointed out) it's been years since they've done new hardware announcements (apart from the Mac Pro in 2008 and again last year.) However, it's entirely possible that they'll announce new capabilities in iOS 8 which make it easier for developers to create apps that adjust easily to different screen sizes... in which case, speculate away. :-)
