I am not a big fan of taking outside investors. I have been a self-funded entrepreneur for my entire career and it has worked very well for me. The proceeds of a sale would allow me to have ample money in the bank and plenty left over for other endeavors. My issue is that the longer I wait (as long as everything continues apace), the more that "plenty" becomes.
