I know this is an April Fools joke, I think this actually isn't such a bad idea for small companies that need tech support and don't have an internal IT department. (I guess GeekSquad basically does this already, but they're GeekSquad).
- alttab 13y agoI agree, this has to be a joke. I swore Mixpanel held pride in how easy their product was to use. This communicates the opposite.
