  I may be missing something but your link is 301'ing to http://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/emails/new http://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/emails/new so I really don't how I can submit a contact form over SSL. It is kind of a moot point because I have committed to moving my bitcoin out of coinbase.

      Odd - if I go to https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/emails/new https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/emails/new I get an untrusted connection warning since the SSL certificate is for *.desk.com, not support.coinbase.com.

        That's not odd. That's why I linked to https://coinbase.desk.com https://coinbase.desk.com since he wanted SSL.
