You can find facts that are universally agreed upon in the field of health and nutrition, and which are demonstrated with evidence in a scientifically rigorous way. Unfortunately you have to wade through a ton of superstitious and alarmist bullshit, which goes all the way up to some professional nutritionists and major newspapers. This is a field that should be treated like a science, but for some reason often isn't.
But saying there is much we don't know, so therefore it's reasonable to conclude we know nothing, is just a stupid logical fallacy. (It gets invoked in every religious debate too.)
