It is user who has to deal with blocking, false positives and other negative externalities of this. Copyright holders are just passing on their costs to entire society.
- Houshalter 13y agoWhat costs? That you can't share pirated movies over dropbox? Big deal. Funny speaking about externalities on copyright. The entire purpose is to get rid of externalities.
