  Coincidentally, our site redesign was internally being worked on, and we updated the site in a day or two. We decided it is not worth going through the hassle of chasing someone who claims their expertise to be cloning a website. That's the product they were selling. Clone websites. And I daresay they proved their competence by cloning ours.
