I'm sure 2 billion dollars helped this decision along quite nicely.
- bane 13y agoOne of these days, Mark is going to realize that not every acquisition has to be in the billions. And then he'll realize he could have acquired 3 or 4 times as many companies.
- baby 13y agoYou have to keep in mind that spending a billion is also publicity. People are going to talk about it and see this is a crazy investment.
- bane 13y agoIt would be far cheaper to blanket the airwaves and the print media with advertisements.
- WalterSear 13y agoI'm convinced that Oculus could have gotten much more, from Facebook or elsewhere.
