- skriticos2 13y agoThe Bitcoin network is currently hashing at nearly 500 exa-flops (estimated). This thing has what, 8 tera-flops? Not very effective.
- trhway 13y agointeresting what human computing endeavor has first crossed 10-20 exa-flops - the estimate of computing power of the brain. 500 exa-flops is something that would be enough to emulate the brain.
