The more I am reading about new apple patents, the more I am inclining towards the fact that beating an iPhone is going to be extremely difficult. There has been a lot of complaining against the appstore, FCC starting an investigation, apple rejecting a dictionary app and what not, but still no one has come close to beating an iPod yet, with all what iPhone is offering, and the patents apple has applied it seems like it is going to get more and more difficult in the future. my 2cents
