Irony doesn't read well in a text medium among people who may or may not have English as a first language.
- andy_ppp 13y agoIrony doesn't read well, but you see there is a comment by me pointing it out. It's also in the context of the previous answer obvious to most people. Are you suggesting we on hacker news attempt to write comments for the lowest common denominator? I think a lot of people who have English as a second language (American's for example) would still enjoy a bit of irony. :-)
