Wow this paper is great. Back in November, I implemented the "Trend or No Trend: A Novel Nonparametric Method for Classifying Time Series"[1] paper in node.js and then I hooked it up to Twitters API. The algorithm was able to find trending topics pretty quickly and accurately. Does anyone know if the source for these algorithms is implemented anywhere?
