I've never quite understood this messaging. Popular opinion regarding startups is that a founder needs to be persevering through countless rejections and believe in themselves through it all. And yet now we're saying people may be put off by insufficient pictures of women on a homepage. Wat? Why would you want someone so easily broken? You know how many Asian founders I've seen marketed in aus startups? Very few. Doesn't bother me.
