I'm willing to live in a society were everyone is treated equally. Oppression, injustice, and other ills rise when some are excluded from the rules or are privileged. Giving authority over another should be the rarest granted power. Instead, (US society) passes it out willy nilly to law enforcement, companies, and any one else willing to tell us what to do, e.g. HOAs.
