- tanzam75 13y agoThe Gates Foundation does not have a Board. It has Trustees, three of them -- Bill Gates, Melinda Gates, and Warren Buffett. All three positions are unpaid. As for Berkshire Hathaway, Directors only get paid $3,800 a year.
