Agreed. They're on their cell phone/laptop. Or they just randomly turn on their siren, burn down the road real fast, and shut it off for no apparent reason. I've seen this many times.
- jessaustin 13y agoIdeally a database might be maintained of every time the lights/sirens are operated. Then different officers could be compared, location or time trends could be noticed, operation could be associated with incident reports, etc.
