Strangely, the author thinks it's an incredible prediction that electric cars and their associated energy-storage technologies will eventually get better, easier to manufacture and cheaper to own. That a point will be reached where the economics make sense for the middle class to start buying such vehicles. "Black Swan". Really ?!
