People are resistant to change. But change is in the air - self awareness of this issue is growing. The people who are aware, men and women, will rise in rank and create new cultures / new companies with friendlier atmospheres. It's only a matter of time until the tech industry is a much more women-friendly place. And frankly I can't wait - there's a lot of pain in the world, and we need the brightest minds on them.
