Ask HN: Least evil cell phone provider?

I'm looking to bring an iPhone 5 to a new network. I'm currently on Aio, but they're having serious issues this past weekend. Additionally, their merger with Cricket is not something I'm looking forward to. I'm based outside of Austin, TX for reference. Small carriers are OK.
