I don't think so, as far as receiving financial assistance for mental health conditions in the US. In fact except for developmental disorders and conditions involving psychoses (schizophrenia), I've heard that it is quite difficult to get any sort of assistance, regardless of how severely your life has been affected, without a good lawyer at least.
