  Does -/+ buffers/cache mean subtract out the buffers and add in the cache?

    Something like this: [-/+ buffers/cache#free] = [Mem#free] + [Mem#buffers] + [Mem#cached] [-/+ buffers/cache#used] = [Mem#total] - [-/+ buffers/cache#free]
