Everyday meeting notes: low-cost A4 pad. This is my short-term memory - I rarely look more than 2 weeks back. Strategy/product thinking: A5(?) Moleskine notebook. This is my long-term memory. It takes longer to fill and I love looking back on it. To-do list: single sheet of A4 with 'job' and 'next action' pairs. I re-write this every few days.
