I once applied to a job post in the one of the monthly "Who's Hiring" threads. I got a callback and we discussed the my experience, the company, and the position. They were interested in conducting a further interview, but, based on the what I learned in the phone conversation, I decided we wouldn't be a good fit together and so declined to move forward. I do enjoy reading the threads each month to see what the industry is up to from a hiring perspective.
