I'd prefer to see a law that merely compels those found guilty to record a video retraction/apology and make it available via youtube or another streaming site. For the average person this is nearly a non-issue. However, it would provide ammunition to the opponents of pundits and politicians who habitually bend the truth to gain advantage.
- grimtrigger 13y agoExcept that mudslinging is usually done by 3rd parties so that the main candidates can keep their hands clean.
