OTR works great when both parties/clients are online. I can't see how OTR would work when one client is offline since they need to both be online to do the key

OTR works great when both parties/clients are online. I can't see how OTR would work when one client is offline since they need to both be online to do the key exchange dance. Happy to be corrected.
