Well, if they spent those four years at one place of work, then they're probably the college graduates' supervisor.

  In this economy, they never got the entry-level position to begin with, because four years ago they were an 18 year old with a high school education competing against 22 year olds with college degrees.

    Maybe. I'm talking about being a bar manager, or movie theater manager, etc.

      Fair enough. I'm thinking of all the office jobs that used to be within the reach of non-college graduates not too long ago.
