If anyone is considering building apps in this area, I'd strongly suggest checking out OpenCV.
It's _far_ more powerful than Pixcavator, well supported, liberally licensed, and provides some really awesome high-level API's.
- pixcavator 19y agoIf you know what 'the Laplacian of the Gaussian' is, definitely go for OpenCV. If you'd like to see something based on high school math, try this wiki.
