Our "classic f.lux" mode turns off all the wake time scheduling, so you can just use sunrise/sunset. But if you can pick a time, our super-warm colors are available and will help a bit with scheduling. Back before I had a toddler who wakes up early every day, I didn't wake up the same time every day, so it would have been a really hard question to answer for me too.
