Go back at working 40 hours a week and start looking for another job. Once you find a new gig don't show up to work the next day.
Once he calls you up as he needs your help tell him that it will cost him $xxx per hour for contracting, granted this only applies if you actually want to do it.
- MattyRad 13y agoI agree with this. It creates leverage that you wouldn't otherwise have while simultaneously making a statement that you don't appreciate being taken advantage of.
