- logfromblammo 13y agoNo, you don't offer anything. You keep your mouth shut until they tell you to hand it over. If they seize and search your property without warrant or reasonable suspicion that you used it to commit a crime, and commit spoliation of evidence by deleting video or images from it, they can be held accountable later. If you give it up voluntarily without them even asking, you are not helping anybody.
