Hey Erich! Long time no speak. I hope you don't mind some honest feedback when I say that your reply clearly means well but comes off sounding arrogant. You start off by insulting the guy's concept (keep in mind, he's having a rough day) and then suggest that you might come down from the mountain and rescue him, even though it'd be beneath you. I don't know. I know your on the level and really nice in person. But I think you're better than this reply.
