As an American, I figure that the most efficient (or maybe you prefer "laziest") option will win in the end. This means dropping spaces and hyphens whenever possible. Given this, I'm going to say "realtime" will eventually win. It's apparently already in my dictionary since it's not even marked as a spelling mistake.
