- cwaniak 13y agoBecause under Bush shield building was already in process. There were US soldiers on the Polish ground literally building the damn thing. Then Obama went weak on Putin, broke US promise towards its Eastern European NATO allies, and stopped the process in its tracks. Great job!!!
