Would a gag order from a US court apply to a Frenchman in Japan?
- Crito 13y agoIn theory, or in reality? There could be explicit, implied, or even naively assumed 'underhanded compliance encouragement' going on. I wouldn't put my money on explicit, but if it was, it wouldn't be the first time.
