Yes! And 30 emails from recruiters isn't far off from par for the course.
- mburst 13y agoYea I posted my resume to a few job databases about 7 months ago and still get calls and e-mails on a daily basis. I'll always reply to something that seems like a personalized e-mail but when someone is contacting me asking for an updated resume or their e-mail doesn't include my name I can tell they don't really care. I feel like if a recruiting firm went for quality over quantity they'd end up with much better results.
