So he's expecting Panasonic to upgrade the software to support it? I don't see how you can blame Panasonic for not having something that didn't exist when the TV was made. I'm not a Panasonic fan, but I would guess they a) can't afford to add Prime and/or b) are trying to offer what they can in place of it.
