I'm more than happy to see these job ads - one alternative would be to see normal advertising which I think we can all agree would be more annoying. With these, it's something which someone in the community can potentially benefit from (lets face it, finding a job in this economy isn't easy), and YC companies get the benefit of some free advertising. Better to see a few job ads from YC companies than some AdWords ads trying to sell me something.
