- adnam 13y agoAgreed, but the regulatory effect is potentially bigger. In many places Whatsapp will not simply be able to roll out telephony services without the OK of the local regulator. I expect them to dis-activate VOIP for many countries initially, otherwise be a loggerheads with authorities (eventually). Will be interesting to see what happens.
