Yandex is the best Russian search site (like Google, it is more than just a search), but if you read Russian, you most likely already know this. More interestingly, it has a great blog search tool (at http://blogs.yandex.ru/ http://blogs.yandex.ru/ or better http://blogs.yandex.ru/advanced.xml? http://blogs.yandex.ru/advanced.xml?) which can search in blogs, comments, etc, on sites like Livejournal. It is, however, heavily tilted towards Russians and does not even have an English-language version, it seems.
