I'd say the person should decide himself if he is a part of the minority or not. Did Steve Jobs ever identify as Arab American? I've never heard of it.

- bjourne 13y agoReasonable idea, but just as subjective as any other criterion. That's why I wrote that it was a courtesy to let the minority's criterion be the favored one.
