- dfc 13y agoIn all honesty why would you expect the narrative written by man to be any different than the narrative written by nature?
- alexeisadeski3 13y agoI don't think it'll work that way. Iraqi gov't publishes list of Al Qaeda members beforehand, the bounty hunters work from that list.

Initially this was a successful strategy as large numbers of snakes were killed for the reward. Eventually, however, enterprising persons began to breed cobras for the income. Though framing innocent people isn't quite the same as raising them to become "jihadists" and then turning them in.
